Controllers TIRE'S ATM-3520, TEKON-19, etc.

The TEKON-19 design and measurement transducers are designed to measure the output signals of primary IP and convert them into appropriate physical quantities measured by IP and calculate volumetric and/or mass flow using the variable pressure drop method on constricting devices installed on pipelines with diameters from 50 to 1000 mm, or using flow (quantity) sensors with standard current, pulse or frequency outputs of the following energy carriers:
- water
- superheated steam
- dry saturated steam
- dry natural gas
- compressed air
- oxygen
- carbon dioxide
- other technical gases
ATM-3520 universal 16-channel controllers are designed to work with resistance thermal converters(Pt50,Pt100,Cu50,Cu100), with thermocouples(S,K,L,B,A1,J), with sensors with unified input signals(4-20mA,0-5mA,0-10mV,0-100mV,0-1V).
Models: TEKON-19, ATM-3520.

About TIRE'S

REPLACEMENT OF DIAPHRAGMS
The simplicity of the design, low cost, high reliability, strict determinism of metrological parameters from the geometry of the flow part allows us to consider vortex flow meters as a successor to flow meters with SU. -
WIDE MEASUREMENT LIMITS
The dynamic range of measurements by vortex flow meters varies from 1:10 to 1:40 depending on the type of medium, operating pressure and temperature. The temperature of the working medium can reach 450°C, and the overpressure is 250 bar. -
UNIVERSAL FLOW METERS
On the basis of vortex flow meters, the problems of measuring the flow of liquid, gas and, especially, steam are successfully solved. In combination with programmable calculators, a universal complex of energy accounting is obtained on the basis of a single measurement method.
